LED technology has altered lighting products everywhere, yet flashlights, worklights, and lanterns look the same as they did before. We asked ourselves how LED technology might make something completely new and more useful possible. The SmartFlare Combo Light is the result. It’s not a flashlight, worklight, or a lantern – it’s all the above. It’s rugged yet inexpensive and belongs in vehicles, closets, garages, RVs, and more.
Engineering solutions were discovered through both CAD and prototyping.
Key engineering goals included high strength and exceptional light distribution. Customer feedback suggests both goals were achieved at the highest level. The product is protected from impact at any angle by silicone rubber and the light distribution is ideal for use as a flare, flashlight and work light.
